Once you create an account on Intercom, your users can have access to instant support allowing them to interact with both AI chatbot and your team for any assistance or queries they may have.

Step-by-Step Integration of Intercom

1. Add Intercom Add-On

Click on "Add" button to add Intercom. Once you add, it will appear in Add-ons menu.

After adding the add-on, you will see the settings option in the section.

Click on "Settings" to move further.

2. Enable/Disable Intercom

Enable Intercom to enhance user engagement.

3. Upload JavaScript File

Click on "Click to upload" to upload google-services.json file for successfull integration of Intercom.

Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes. "Rebuild" your app to apply and view the changes. The rebuild process may take a few minutes, depending on the complexity of your app.
