Steps to Publish your app at Xiaomi GetApps with WebToNative
Create a Xiaomi Developer account
Before anything else, you need a verified Xiaomi Developer account. This is the account WebToNative uses to publish and manage your app on GetApps.
If you already have a Xiaomi Account, go directly to the Mi Developer Console and submit your verification certificates to become a Mi Developer.

Your Mi Developer Account credentials or access — the account used to publish and manage apps on GetApps after verifying your Xiaomi Account with certificates.
Privacy Policy page
Publicly accessible page on your website that clearly states your app's privacy policies — how user data is collected, used, and stored. The URL must be live and accessible.
Contact Us page
A page with proper, working contact details — email address, support channel, or contact form.
Target audience
Specify the intended age range for your app's users. Check that the content of your website is optimised as per the age group.
App category
Indicate if your app falls into a regulated category: News, Health, Financial, or Government-associated. The declared category must accurately reflect your app's actual content.
Test/demo credentials
If your app or website has a login or sign-up flow, provide working test credentials (username and password) so Xiaomi's review team can access and evaluate all features of the app.
App short description
A one-sentence summary of your app — 80 characters recommended. Must not contain superlative or legally problematic language such as: "most," "first," "only," "No.1," "must-have," "100%," "worldwide," "top," "unrivalled," or promises that violate advertising law.
App long description
A detailed description of your app — 1,000–2,500 characters recommended. Must fully present the purpose and functionality of the app. A few words or a single sentence is not acceptable — describe what the app does, its key features, and the value it provides to users.
Target release countries
Specify which countries you want your app to be available in. Your app must comply with the laws and regulations of every country you select. Certain countries have specific content restrictions — verify compliance before selecting.
App screenshots
High-quality screenshots of your app in use. Maximum 2MB per image. You can provide your own screenshots or have WebToNative create them for you.
Premium screenshots are available on Premium and Business plans. WebToNative creates professional, high-quality screenshots of your app for you.
After submission
Once you've provided all the details, here's what the process looks like:

Our team reviews all the details you've provided before passing them to Xiaomi. If we find any issues or missing information, we'll contact you to correct them before submission.
Submitted to Xiaomi's review team
Once everything is verified, we submit your app to Xiaomi. Their review team evaluates the app against GetApps guidelines and local compliance requirements.
Xiaomi review period
Xiaomi's team typically completes reviews within 2 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on app category, selected countries, and review queue volume.
Approved — app goes Live
If all details are correct and compliant, your app is approved and becomes available for download on GetApps across your selected countries.
Rejected — we notify you by email
If Xiaomi rejects the app, we share their exact rejection reason with you by email. Fix the flagged issue and let us know — we'll resubmit once the correction is made.
